Inner Wellness at Work (WAW)

Inner Wellness at Work is a company founded by me, Barbara Rogoski. It was created to bring inner wellness practices to the corporate world in unique ways.

Meditation and Reiki are alternative, but effective practices, that can be used to support people to be successful through balance and self mastery.

I am a former high level corporate sales manager for a Fortune 100 company who worked in the corporate sector for 20 years.
 Barbara Rogoski

I have taken this strong business experience and combined it with my interest in self mastery and inner self to teach others how to harness their inner awareness to be more effective at work.

I am approaching companies from all different sectors in Europe and the US. These companies are interested in optimal wellness at all levels: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

I am an ordained minister from the Pathways of Light Spiritual College and a certified coach from Coach Training Alliance. I have studied Reiki I and Reiki II and have an active Reiki practice in The Hague, The Netherlands. I offer one-on-one and group training on meditation in a program called, Down to Earth Meditation for Busy People."

My parent company is called Authentic Matters. The two divisions of the company are called Authentic Matters Ministries (individuals spiritual growth) and Inner Wellness at Work (corporate wellness programs for self mastery and awareness. It became increasingly clear that these two divisions could not exist in one company. Therefore, I split them in order to clearly establish the offerings for individual and corporate inner wellness programs.

I am a member of:

The European Business Women's Association

The Women's Business Initiative International in The Hague

The American Business Club in Amsterdam

Democrats Abroad - The Netherlands

Spiritual Directors International

International Center for Spirit at Work

Quotes

There is a quiet revolution going on in the hearts, chat rooms, and board rooms of corporations the world over. People are talking aboutthings that count. About issues of meaning, of value, of caring for each other. It springs from a longing to be more than our job. But it arises also from our desire to do great work, and to be deeply proud of the organization we are part of. ~Doc Childre and Bruce Cryer
