The employees are trained in how to meditate properly and why meditation works. Simple 5-10 minute meditation exercises are introduced and documented that they can use right away when the stress levels increase. It is not meant to take time away from their work - but to help them be more successful at their jobs and stay healthier.
Practical Details
Sessions are generally held on 6 consecutive weeks, first thing in the morning and at the same time each week. Each attendee receives homework assignments for 5 weeks and will be held accountable to report back on the learning process. A complete binder with comprehensive information about corporate applications and benefits of meditation is given to each person.
